Beginning Therapy
Taking the step to start therapy is a brave decision, and it often comes with a mix of emotions, hope, curiosity, maybe even uncertainty. That’s okay. Therapy is a place created just for you, where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
What Therapy Can Be
Think of therapy as a conversation that gently opens doors. It’s a chance to slow down, notice what’s happening inside of you, and explore the parts of your story that need care. Together, we’ll look at what feels heavy, uncover strengths you may not realize you have, and create new ways of moving through life with more ease and confidence.
What You Bring
You don’t need to prepare a script or have all the answers. All that’s needed is your willingness to show up as you are. Whether you’re ready to talk a lot, sit quietly, or simply say, “I don’t know where to start?” it all belongs here. Healing grows from honesty, curiosity, and the courage to take small steps.
What I Offer
My role is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you. I’ll provide a safe and steady space where you are listened to deeply and never judged. My commitment is to create a space where you can feel secure enough to be open, and supported enough to grow. Presently, I work with children (2+), teens, adults, families and couples.
Growing Together
Therapy is not about quick fixes, it’s about steady growth, insight, and healing over time. There may be challenges along the way, but you won’t be facing them alone. Each session is a chance to nurture yourself, strengthen what’s already within you, and build a life that feels more whole.
